Benefiting Magdalene House of Austin
Magdalene House of Austin is a compassionate and survivor-led community dedicated to providing sanctuary for adult women who have bravely survived the horrors of sex trafficking. At our heart, we're driven by love and a commitment to healing. We offer a safe and nurturing environment where survivors can find refuge and rebuild their lives. Our comprehensive support includes access to essential healthcare services, trauma-informed counseling, and opportunities for professional development. We stand by our residents every step of the way, empowering them to reclaim their strength and dignity as they journey towards recovery and restoration.
We're on a mission at Magdalene House Austin to expand our impact and reach even more survivors of sex trafficking in need of refuge and support. Currently, we're at full capacity, and unfortunately, this means we have to turn away around 200 women every year due to space constraints. We're actively working towards completing our second home to address this urgent need. With this expansion, we aim to double our capacity, allowing us to welcome and provide sanctuary for more survivors seeking safety, healing, and hope.
However, we can't do this alone. We need your support to make our vision a reality. By contributing to our fundraising efforts or spreading the word about our cause, you can help us create a brighter future for survivors in our community. Together, we can ensure that no woman is turned away and that every survivor receives the care and support they deserve on their journey toward recovery and empowerment. Thank you for standing with us in this vital mission.
