More About Hannah

Hannah is a 25-year-old loving wife and mother of two furry babies. She is an RSP sponsored athlete and a Reebok Trainer, who frequently develops content for BodyBuilding.com, Reebok Blog and Men’s Health. Hannah believes that your body is the most powerful machine and that equipment is not always necessary. She has recently been featured on BJ Gaddour’s, Men’s Health Fitness Director, 21 Day MetaShred #2 DVD, coming out January 1st, 2017.

Years of Experience

Hannah is a CrossFit athlete and runs her own classes called PumpFit. Her workout expertise ranges from free weight training to olympic lifting. Whether you have been working out for years, or are just starting out, her knowledge can help guide you.

Fitness For All

Hannah believes the process of working out should be a joy to be a part in. Her goals are to bring functional workouts to people who get bored with just pumping muscles, or those who have an interest in Crossfit but may not want to be injured from lifting heavy weights.

Hannah believes that seeing results for any type of workout takes dedication. She doesn't look at fitness goals for the year ahead, but five years.
